Shipping policy (UK)
Any U.K mainland orders are a set fee of £2.95 if your order is less than £50.00, if your order is over £50.00 shipping is Free. At JAB Apparel we do not hide hidden costs from the customer until checkout.

We aim to dispatch good's within 5 days, for a 3-4 working day delivery service.(The delivery services we use is 48 hours and insured, as it is more secure, once they leave us.) If you have not received anything within 7 day's please contact us as we aim to notify you of delays and the parcel could be in transit and need chasing. i.e no one was in etc. Please note while we keep the site up to date with stock items, sometimes due to demand or space we may need to order from the manufacturers, this will add a slight delay to your order on some occasions, we still aim to deliver in 7 working day's. If for some reason the item is out of stock with us and the manufacturers, we can offer a replacement or a refund on the item. You will be notified the postage price at the time of ordering, please note we reserve the right for bulky items or for items going to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilliy Isles and Isle of Wight you will be emailed with the relevant shipping charge and goods will not be sent until after you have approved the quotation. While delivery times vary we normally deliver within 5 days.

Please note couriers and delivery services tend to deliver during the working day, you may find it easier to give a work address, as parcels will need to be signed for. Please ensure a complete delivery address is provided as incomplete address can result in a delay or even the goods returning undelivered by the courier company.

Please check Parcels are not split or damaged when signing from the courier, if they are please sign for them damaged and contact us if there is a shortage or the goods are damaged. Ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels and that none are missing. If there is not the right amount only sign for the amount you are taking in.

Undeliverable Goods
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered to sign. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you. If, subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and incurred by JAB Apparel Limited. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by JAB Apparel Limited. This also applies if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete delivery, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.

Cancellation Policy & DSR:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this web-site for a full refund. However there are certain conditions that you must meet. First you must contact us in writing at info@jabapparel.com or Via Post either before your order is shipped or within 7 working days of the day after your receiving of the goods advising us that you wish to cancel/return the item(s). A Full Refund including the original postage and packaging charges to send the goods out will be given within 7 working day's of the goods being sent back. If you cancel your order before the goods are shipped then you will not be liable for any charges. If you contact us after the goods are shipped and you are within your 'cooling off period' you will be responsible for the return carriage costs back to JAB Apparel Limited. If you cancel your order in writing within the stated period it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to JAB Apparel Limited at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and we recommend that you use a carrier that offers transit insurance against loss or damage. The goods must arrive back with us in an as new, saleable condition and again we recommend that you use a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery. Should the goods arrive at JAB Apparel Limited in a damaged condition we will not accept the delivery. Unfortunately any personalised items can not be cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations. .

International Shipping Policy
International shipping is available at JAB Apparel, this is a set rate of £5.00 per order. We use TNT/Royal Mail and while delivery times may vary, they will normally be delivered in 7 working days. Delivery to non EU countries may incur import duties and taxes. JAB Apparel Limited cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes that are charged by Customs and Excise. Claiming back VAT is the responsibility of the customer.

Security Policy

Jabapparel.com uses secure server software(ssl)to ensure that your personal details will be protected against fraudulent use whilst on our site. The encryption level used is 256 bit and ensures that we are the only recipient able to view your details once they have been decrypted on our secure server offline. Your details are not held in clear text on any website. If you have any concerns relating to security please email us on info@jabapparel.com

Payment
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Connect, Maestro, American Express and Debit CardsOnline

If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £5.00 one item and £8.95 for two or more. Bulky items will be charged at cost. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund.

For you protection we would advice you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Returns
On proven faulty goods JAB Apparel Limited will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints
We constantly strive to improve our customer services. In the unlikely event you feel the need to register a complaint or have a suggestion for jabapparel.com. Please contact us immediately. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will keep you updated on our investigation into your complaint and notify you with the outcome. Please email info@jabapparel.com

Use of equipment
Please note that fitness equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Please consult your Doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any items with manufacturers warranty,is passed on to the customer. JAB Apparel Limited has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumers statutory rights. We recommend that before undertaking a new fitness regime to consult your doctor.

General
JAB Apparel Limited will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. Jabapparel.com provide links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you the consumer. We do not however have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. If you have any concerns relating to a company that is linked to our site please contact us on info@jabapparel.com.

Sizes are a guideline please check garments before printing. Delivery times can not be guaranteed and JAB Apparel Limited can not be held responsible for 3rd party deliveries. Do not book training sessions until goods have arrived as we can not be held responsible to costs accrued from cancelations due to non delivery.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item without prior notice. 

Customers agree to pay the total price including VAT, carriage and any handling costs as specified at the time of purchase. Sugarrays.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to supply. Customer's credit cards will normally only be charged for goods that are available for despatch. For orders deemed special orders we reserve the right to charge the customer in advance of the estimated delivery date. If an item is not available we will email you telling you when that product is likely to be in stock and possibly offering an alternative. If the estimated delivery time is unacceptable you have the option to cancel your order. If paying by cheque the goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared. Normally 6 working days.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our terms and condition policy.
